  1. Thank you! I want to live the tiny home life someday, sooner rather than later! I am not young!

  2. I ;am so gratefull for this info. I have 40 acres in Mcneal and I have a permit for a 600 sq ft outbuilding and I was not told that I could not use opt out for 5 yrs. I never was able to get it done and the permit will expire in Feb 2019. I wonder if I can cancel it because I do want to build a tiny house. When the zoning is RU-4 , RU-8, RU-16 etc. it stands for 4, 8, 16 acres so you have to have a minimum of 4 acres to opt out. I paid $20,000 for my 40.

  3. If you haven't already check out Honeydo Carpenter and his Aircrete. I think you might be interested. Keep up the good work, really enjoy your videos

  4. this may help you regarding the actual laws of tge country… but only exercise these laws from the right jurisdiction. you do not want to be a u.s. citizen, but a state national. you as a canadien may have issues… but the laws actually include other countries under british ,vatican, and imf influence.. http://www.annavonreitz.com/
